FREE 40-Hour Registered Behavior Technician™ training program
Autism Partnership Foundation (APF) is offering a FREE 40-Hour Registered Behavior Technician™ (RBT®) training program. APF’s online RBT training meets all BACB requirements for the 2nd Edition RBT Task List as well as additional key topics we believe are essential for anyone working directly with individuals diagnosed with autism.
Some of these key topics include, clinical judgement and sensitivity, respondent conditioning, naturalistic teaching, the Teaching Interaction Procedure, Cool vs Not Cool™ Procedure, flexible prompt fading, curriculum development, and working in schools.
APF’s goal is to raise the standards for training and intervention while eliminating the cost barrier for service providers, parents, and those dedicated to beginning a career in autism treatment. This training program provides a much-needed option at a time when COVID-19 has placed a tremendous burden on families with children diagnosed with autism and has strained the resources of service providers, treatment agencies, and school districts. Since launching in March 2020, 100,000 new accounts have already been created world-wide.
